Product Performance

DEMAROIL LP is a lecithin concentrated fatliquor that increases the smooth silky feel of leather. Give the leather a plump, cloth-like leather light feel.
DEMAROIL LP can make all parts of the leather get a uniform and soft feel like cloth.
DEMAROIL LP can be used in small quantities to produce very plump, silky, tightly grained upper leather.

Application Reference

Garment leather cowhide: 4% mixed with DEMAROIL SS is especially effective.
It is ideal for nubuck for clothing, giving nubuck a very uniform matte effect and a silty texture.
In the pre-fattening, 2-3% can be used to improve the absorption of the subsequent chemical.
Goat skin: 4-5% mixed with DEMAROIL and other soft leather fatliquoring agents has better effect.
Sheepskin: 3-5% mixed with DEMAROIL SS has good effect. Solid in fatliquors and dyes
After setting, apply 1% of the new liquid to obtain excellent hand feeling.
Full grain upper leather: 1-2% used to improve softness.
Napa: 2-3% DEMAROIL MC or DEMAROIL SS mixed with good effect
Suede: 2-3%
Second layer suede: 1-3%
Furniture or car chair leather: 2-3% mixed with DEMAROIL SS has good effect.
Emulsification method: take the required amount, slowly add 3 times of water at 60 ℃, and stir evenly.
For sheep clothing skins can be directly added to the drum without emulsification.

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drum packaging; keep away from moisture, avoid direct sunlight, such as keeping the original packaging and reasonable storage methods, the validity period is 12 months. This product is non-dangerous goods, according to the ordinary goods storage and transportation.
