Product Features

This product is a water-based ester based anionic polyurethane resin used for impregnating products. It has high film-forming elasticity and good adhesion to fibers such as nylon and polyester. The impregnated products have excellent high resilience, high Q sensitivity, wear resistance and compression resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and are environmentally friendly and safe; Suitable for the production of microfiber suede leather, leather base fabric, genuine leather base filling materials, and other synthetic leather dry wet lines, with simple and convenient processes and high efficiency.

Application suggestions

1. This product can be used as various types of leather and fabric; You can transfer it with release paper or use a roller coating machine for roller coating and spraying. If you need to add color, please test its compatibility with a small sample first to confirm that there are no abnormalities before use;

2. Before using this product, add 0.5 parts of defoamer, 1 part of wetting agent, 0.5 parts of leveling agent, 0.5/1.5 parts of thickening agent and other water-based additives for stirring and fine-tuning to meet the requirements for on-site use;

3. The application weight of microfiber, PU, and genuine leather can be determined according to the product and its own process conditions;

4. The drying temperature can be set between 100 ℃ and 150 ℃ according to the company's equipment and process conditions;

5. Viscosity blending 100CPS-2000CPS; 1% -3% crosslinking agent can be added;

6. Good mechanical stability, with a yellowing resistance level of up to level 4 or above;

Storage

Please store in a dark, cool, and dry place. The storage temperature should be between 5-30 ℃, and the packaging should be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is six months from the date of production. After six months, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product needs to be strictly protected from frost. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to use it all at once. Please filter appropriately before use.
