DEMAROIL SS is a semi-synthetic fatliquoring agent that can be used to produce extremely soft furniture, car seat upholstery leather and garment leather, which can completely relax the leather fibers.
DEMAROIL SS has excellent light and heat resistance, has excellent drum soft characteristics.
DEMAROIL SS is a fatliquoring agent with comprehensive properties and can be used alone.
When DEMAROIL SS is used for double face, add 1-2g/1 during retanning to obtain a very light and soft feel.
Emulsification method: take the required amount, slowly add 3 times of water at 60 ℃, and stir evenly.

Application Reference

Clothing leather cowhide: 10% mixed with DEMAROIL FL800, the effect is good.
Goat skin: 6-8% is effective when used with other soft fatliquoring agents such as DEMAROIL LP or DEMAROIL FL800.
DEMAROIL SS can be used as a major fatliquoring agent to produce goat garment leather.
Sheepskin: 6% with any other lecithin fatliquor with excellent results.
DEMAROIL SS can be used in pre-fatoil.
Full grain upper leather: 1-2% to improve softness.
Napa: 2-3% to improve softness.
Suede: 1-2% to improve softness.
Two-layer reverse suede: 3-4%
Furniture leather: 6-8% mixed with DEMAROIL FL series.
Wool leather one (double face):2-3g/l

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drum packaging; keep away from moisture, avoid direct sunlight, such as keeping the original packaging and reasonable storage methods, the validity period is 12 months. This product is non-dangerous goods, according to the ordinary goods storage and transportation.
