Product performance

1. Has good flexibility performance;

Application suggestions

Suitable for UD non-woven fabric, PVC leather and fabric bonding, textile printing coating, nylon fabric, non-woven fabric, knitted fabric printing coating in military enterprises; Preparation of leather middle and top layer coating, leather edge oil resin, and elastic coating. For textile coating printing, it is recommended to mix acrylic lotion with the addition amount of 10% -20%. Adding an appropriate amount of water-based dispersible isocyanate curing agent or aziridine can greatly improve the adhesive strength, hydrolysis resistance, and heat resistance. This product does not contain ethoxyalkylphenols (APEO) or organotin.

Precautions for use

1. Deionized water must be used when diluting lotion. If tap water is used, flocculation and demulsification may occur.

2. When mixing with acid lotion such as VAE, the PH of acid lotion must be adjusted to 7-9;

Storage

Non dangerous goods, antifreeze, ambient temperature of 5 ℃~40 ℃, storage period of 6 months, must be kept in its original condition, sealed, and comply with the requirements of technical parameters. Adequate mixing should be carried out before use
