Product performance:

The use of super molecular polymerization technology, the use of special methods to synthesize the formation of continuous film of super molecular foaming resin, pure water-based materials, fully in line with the EU reach regulations. After high-temperature shaping, the film is continuous, the matting is natural, the coating is obviously thickened, and it has better hiding power for the disability of the skin embryo. The treated skin embryo feels full and elastic, which is better than 3M-3B: the coating has better embossing shaping, better folding resistance, and better adhesion to subsequent finishing materials.
Suitable for finishing two layers of leather, can completely replace the traditional wet layer, the production of pure environmental protection water-based leather.

Usage and requirements:

1. Roll the product evenly on the surface of the clean unfinished second-layer skin embryo treated with abrasive leather and dry thoroughly.
2. Then after 125-135 ℃, 0-3kg/cm2 pressure contact ≥ 20 seconds of ironing, can foam shape.
3. The skin embryo after shaping can be handed over to the next step for subsequent finishing.

Packaging storage:

60kg or 120kg flanged drum. 8-40 ℃ indoor environment sealed storage, frozen or dried film can not be used. This product is non-dangerous goods, according to the ordinary goods storage and transportation.
