Product Performance

This product is used for impregnation products, with high film elasticity and good adhesion to nylon, polyester and other fibers. The impregnation products have excellent high resilience, high Q feeling, wear resistance and compression resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance and environmental protection and safety. It is suitable for the production of superfiber suede leather, leather base filler and other synthetic leather dry and wet normal lines, with simple and convenient process and high efficiency. Good mechanical stability, yellowing resistance grade can reach above grade 4.

Application recommendations

1. This product can be used as all kinds of leather and cloth. It can be transferred with release paper, or roller coated and sprayed with roller coater. If color is needed, please test its physical properties with small samples first, and then use it after confirming that there is no abnormality.
2. Before using this product, add 0.5 parts of defoamer, 1 part of wetting agent, 0.5 parts of leveling agent, 0.5/1.5 parts of thickener and other water-based additives for stirring and fine-tuning to meet the requirements of on-site use.
3. The number of grams of spinning microfiber, PU and leather can be determined according to the product and its own process.
4. The drying temperature is between 100 ℃ and 150 ℃, which can be set according to the company's equipment and process conditions.
5. Viscosity blending 100CPS-2000CPS; 1-3% crosslinking agent can be added.

Storage

Please place in a dark, cool and dry place. The storage temperature should be 5-35 ℃ to keep the package intact. The shelf life of this product is six months from the production date. This product needs to be strictly protected from frost. After opening the package, it is recommended to use it all at once. Please filter properly before use.
