DEMARKAL DT can slowly increase the pH value of the chrome tanning solution, and give uniform alkali extraction without producing a sharp change in the pH value of the chrome tanning solution.
DEMARKAL DT can make the distribution of chromium in the leather more uniform, blue color light uniform, grain surface compact and fine.

Application Reference

DEMARKAL DT after the chrome tanning agent is completely penetrated, it is added in 2 times with an interval of 30 minutes. The dosage is determined experimentally at 0.4-0.6 (based on gray bare tare weight) depending on the pH of the pickling and the thickness of the bare skin.
Rotate for at least 8 hours after addition of DEMARKAL DT, with an end temperature of not less than 38°C. Higher temperature is conducive to the rapid increase of PH value, so it is recommended to reasonably control the temperature at the initial stage of alkali extraction and heating according to the situation.

Packaging and storage

25kg composite paper bag; sealed storage at room temperature, keep ventilated, avoid exposure to the sun, prevent rain or damp conditions can be stored for one year. Once the package is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible to prevent moisture and agglomeration. This product is non-dangerous goods and is stored and transported as ordinary goods.
