DEMARTAN RFS is a soft polymer retanning and fatliquoring agent with good filling properties, especially suitable for retanning and fatliquoring of garment leather, shoe upper and bag leather.
DEMARTAN RFS is mainly used for retanning and fatliquoring of chrome tanned leather and vegetable tanned leather, which can improve the softness, surface feel and grain fineness of leather, and has good leveling effect.
DEMARTAN RFS makes the leather blank produce slight drainage, reduce water absorption, improve the finishing performance of the leather blank, and increase the tear strength.
DEMARTAN RFS is used alone or instead of part of the fatliquoring agent, the oil cream can be avoided and the risk caused by the migration of mineral oil and the like can be avoided.
DEMARTAN RFS has low atomization value, yellowing resistance and other characteristics, suitable for sofa leather or car seat cushion leather use.

Application Reference

Before adding DEMARTAN RFS, the neutralization pH should be 5.5-6.0, the time should be at least 90 minutes DEMARTAN RFS can be added several times during retanning, and finally acid should be added to promote the exhaustion of the waste liquid. DEMARTAN RFS can be used for the main fatliquoring, the amount of fatliquoring agent can be reduced, but an appropriate amount of fatliquoring agent is still needed to obtain the best softness.

Packaging and storage

Packed in a 120kg plastic bucket; keep away from moisture, avoid direct sunlight, maintain the original packaging and reasonable storage method at 5-40°C, and the validity period is 12 months. This product is non-dangerous goods, according to the ordinary goods storage and transportation.
