DEMARKAL DS605 silicone defoamer is a silicone emulsion products, bubble breaking speed. Widely used in leather immersion, immersion alkali, degreasing, dyeing and other processes need to defoaming place.
DEMARKAL DS605 substance fractions do not contain substances mentioned in the SVHC list of the REACH Regulation.
DEMARKAL DS605 does not contain NP, APEO in the composition of matter.
DEMARKAL DS605 in general solution can quickly defoaming, especially in high temperature (60 ℃-70 ℃), strong alkali (pH 10-14) under the condition of defoaming performance is also stable, instant defoaming speed.

Application Reference

DEMARKAL DS605 defoamer can be diluted for use, and the dilution process should be fully stirred evenly (the stirring speed is 30 rpm-60 rpm, and the recommended stirring time is not more than 10min).
The best addition point, addition amount, addition method and dilution ratio need to be determined by the customer according to the actual situation on site.

Packaging and storage

60kg plastic drum packaging; suitable for sealed storage at 5 ℃-40 ℃, keep ventilated, away from fire, avoid sun exposure or rain. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive substances to this product. According to the common chemical storage method.
Ensure sealing after use to avoid deterioration. If there is stratification for a long time, it should be stirred evenly, which generally does not affect the use effect. This product may freeze below 0 ℃. If it freezes, stir evenly after dissolution without affecting the use effect (stirring speed is 30rpm-60rpm). Under the recommended storage conditions, unopened packaging has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of production.
