On August 3, 2023, the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Work of Zhenjiang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China announced the support targets of the 2023 Zhenjiang "Jinshan Yingcai" Industry Strong City Leading Talent Introduction Plan. Dr. Nie Yijing, the leading talent of our company's R & D center, was successfully selected.
The theme of the project we declared this time is: "R & D and industrialization of environmentally friendly ultra-fast self-healing waterborne polyurethane". Most of the existing self-healing waterborne polyurethanes realize self-healing function by adding repair agent inside the material, but there are disadvantages such as processing difficulty, high production cost and limited number of self-healing. Therefore, the project team plans to optimize the structural design based on this type of self-healing waterborne polyurethane material, and develop a high-performance, self-healing waterborne polyurethane material with faster self-healing speed and better environmental protection under mild conditions.
Under the guidance and support of the company's chairman, Mr. Han Bo, after declaration, review, defense, and successfully passed the review, the R & D team led by Dr. Nie was selected as the "Jinshan Talents" entrepreneurial talent project in Zhenjiang City and received strong government funding.
The successful identification of the leading talent project is not only the affirmation and support of the Zhenjiang Municipal Government for our innovative research and development, but also provides a strong guarantee for the industrialization of our polyurethane research and development projects.
